He was easy to talk with and understanding and explain some of my questions, It was a happy day. Allstate meets all my needs. Before you buy, check (Allstate insurance) they have served me well. I hope , next 6 month will be the same. From the first day with Allstate , and until now, I feel Same , Same and holding. Johnseed McDanieldude I maybe a little biased because I have known Gail and her family most my life. As us country folks say. they are "good people". Several years ago, Gail helped me get a policy for my place. I never thought I would have a claim but then came Helene. Countrywide and Gail were extremely responsive and helpful with my claim. In very short time, I had the claim entered and an adjuster on site. My claim was handed promptly and paid quickly. As far as insurance goes, I was treated fairly. I am thankful for a responsive agent in Gail, a fair and pleasant adjuster in Kent, and overall positive insurance claim. I will be going into year 4 with Countrywide this year.

APEC I do the bookkeeping for six different companies, and Scott Hansard handles the insurance for all of them. He handles their automobiles, equipment, rental and personal properties, workers compensation and liability insurance. Dealing with Scott on a professional level prompted me to get a quote from him for my personal insurance. Come to find out, being a 25 year customer of Allstate meant nothing, because Scott saved me money and gave me discounts I had not been getting from them. I would recommend contacting Scott for any insurance needs you may have. It is a family owned business and they treat you like family.
