Paula Corrick I highly recommend the Miley Insurance Agency! Their customer service is truly outstanding. The office administrator is always kind, welcoming, and incredibly accommodating. Mr. Miley is professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to help me find the lowest possible rates. My father has used the Miley Agency for his car insurance, and based on that positive experience, I recently made an appointment to have his homeowners insurance moved there as well. I have since made a new appointment to transfer all of my personal policies to this agency. It’s clear that they truly care about their clients and go above and beyond. I’m so grateful for their support!

Shibby So I want to start off by giving a huge shoutout to Shay Jackson!! She is amazing!!! I got into an accident with someone who is insured with Southern Trust, and the adjuster for my case (Shay Jackson) went above and beyond to help me with my claim. I was nervous because of the one star reviews for Southern Trust in general. However, Shay was a blessing and helped me get through the process to keep my Jeep! Her actions are worthy of more than 5 stars, bc the Jeep in question Ive owned/upgraded for 13 years and has a lot of sentimental value and personal memories. She answered all my questions and I feel like she genuinely cared. As a manager I would love to have a Shay on my team! She is highly professional and personable. I am grateful for the amazing experience she has provided! Shay Jackson deserves all the praise and I hope she is recognized for her outstanding character and professionalism!
