Lauren Hatcher is our normal day to day contact if we dont need Sonny and she is simply awesome! We have had cheaper inferior products offered to us by other major companies/Agents who are only peddling policies. And I was in the insurance industry for 40 years so I feel I understand what service and quality products are about. Karl Brown These people are very responsive when you call and ask for a quote. I was simply doing some comparison shopping will they went above and beyond the call to give me my options and quote me the best price would save me a tremendous amount of time looking for something more comparable. I was surprised by how efficiently they handled the switch from my previous insurance, and how much better the policy they wrote for me actually turned out to be. I have not had the opportunity to file claims with them but I would assume based on how quickly and officially they reached out to me when I requested a policy quote that they handle claims equally as expertly. I hope to have a long relationship with this company and based on how I was treated when I first approached them I would anticipate no less.
