C Shuptrine Look at all of the reviews that talk about long-term relationships with Browning Holland. I spent close to 20 years with them before moving out of state. They have always given me good advice, and I can tell that they genuinely care about taking great care of my needs. Doesnt matter if Im talking to Browning or Vicki, I never feel like Im just a number. Cant say that about my current State Farm agent (after I moved). After being gone for about 5 years, I recently found myself needing temporary rental coverage in GA. Of course I called Browning Holland. It did not matter that I wasnt requesting coverage for a home or multiple vehicles. They gave me the same great service and caring attitude they always have. Ill be back in GA sooner or later, and I will be reaching out to them for sure. I highly recommend them!

He then had a call and shared his screen where he showed my exactly what each line meant and the price associated. Very great to talk to and patient, showing me all combinations of the options. Sarah Lee Dishonest. When I called for a quote on the policy I asked several times about the deductible. Was told it depends on the amount if I file a claim. Policy was reasonable so i purchased. Went to file a claim and deductible $3500! I have NEVER seen a $3500 car deductible. They will never pay out a claim unless you end up in a really bad situation. Otherwise out of pocket. Shady
