5 /5 C Shuptrine: Look at all of the reviews that talk about long-term relationships with Browning Holland. I spent close to 20 years with them before moving out of state. They have always given me good advice, and I can tell that they genuinely care about taking great care of my needs. Doesnt matter if Im talking to Browning or Vicki, I never feel like Im just a number. Cant say that about my current State Farm agent (after I moved). After being gone for about 5 years, I recently found myself needing temporary rental coverage in GA. Of course I called Browning Holland. It did not matter that I wasnt requesting coverage for a home or multiple vehicles. They gave me the same great service and caring attitude they always have. Ill be back in GA sooner or later, and I will be reaching out to them for sure. I highly recommend them!

5 /5 Mark Mueller: I’ve seen numerous negative reviews, not only with Browning & Vicki State Farm , but also about local insurance in general. I have been with Browning & Vicki for 24 years and State Farm an additional 26 out of state. They have constantly looked out for me and all my policies over the years, giving me coverage options and updates for home, car, liability, life… Last week I experienced my 1st Auto claim EVER in 50 years. The handling of this simple fender bender claim has been a total nightmare. I asked Browning & Vicki, to step in and help me sort out all the moving parts. They totally had my back, talking to the collision shop, multiple SF “ claims handlers” and even an outside inspection company to resolve internal collision shop issues and claims. Browning & Vicki are the Pinnacle of the Insurance industry. They take their roles personally, and treat their clients with respect, efficiency and competent professionalism. 5 /5 B Sipsy: Best insurance agent!!! Browning and Victoria have managed my insurance needs for over 20 years and I wouldn’t go anywhere else! I have always found them to be trustworthy, efficient, effective, caring, and extremely pleasant to work with. They always take plenty of time to explain options to me without any pressure. They have managed any changes or claims over the years quickly and seamlessly. I once moved out of state for a few years and then I could really see how much I appreciated Browning’s office and his expertise. I’m definitely a loyal customer - highly recommend!
