Erwin Van Meirvenne Good experience on Applying for Auto and Renters insurance. The office has the right people on the right place. The Allstate app is user friendly and has all features you need. Today we have to file a claim, which will give us the opportunity to experience Allstate’s dealing with claims. I’ll post another review once the claim has been handled. For now 5 stars are in place. Prior to working with them, each year I would personally reach out to different insurers to get new quotes, and search for annual savings opportunities.. which was such a headache. Thankfully, I was recommended to work with Brooke on the Watson & Know team, who assists me every year in getting the best coverage and rates. Their team is helpful, honest, and responsive. Our home was impacted by Hurricane Helene this year, and Watson & Knox and Nationwide have been extremely helpful navigating through the claims process during such a devestating event for my family. Dale Cantrell I have been with Mark for a couple years now and have not really needed help very often until recently. I called mark and told him what I was looking for and he had several ideas that he gave me in order to accomplish what I needed. I then needed a COI and Mark and Lisa were in it. I had my COI in a timely manner. Anytime I call them I feel like I am there only customer because they always have time for me and they are able to help me quickly.
