I reached out to her when I went to cancel a tag through state of ga on an antique vehicle and realized my car I’ve had since late nov had an issue. Stephanie immediately replied when I reached out and was so reassuring and calmed me down.. I was a mess mind you .. she handled the situation professionally and kept my heart and mind at ease.. Stephanie went above and beyond after hours to have a resolution and fix the issues with our account. Stephanie showed compassion and empathy through and gave me reassurance. I was indeed in good hands from the moment the issue arose by reaching out to Stephanie. Stephanie is a true asset to country financial!!! You won’t meet more of a genuine person on your side. If I could give ten stars I would !!!

The Tillman Family and Others Michael (Cody) is the best agent I’ve dealt with in a long time. I filled out the application on marketplace by myself and the agent I spoke to when picking my plan advised me the policy would be higher than the quote I received from Cody. We left my husband’s work health insurance for insurance through the marketplace and are now saving over $500 a month. Also our deductibles are less as well as our prescriptions. It did take a little bit of time to finalize everything, but it was because of the insurance company had a hard time, but Cody was patient and helped fix the application in a timely manner so that we were never without insurance when we swapped. Highly recommend him over any other agent.
