I reached out to her when I went to cancel a tag through state of ga on an antique vehicle and realized my car I’ve had since late nov had an issue. Stephanie immediately replied when I reached out and was so reassuring and calmed me down.. I was a mess mind you .. she handled the situation professionally and kept my heart and mind at ease.. Stephanie went above and beyond after hours to have a resolution and fix the issues with our account. Stephanie showed compassion and empathy through and gave me reassurance. I was indeed in good hands from the moment the issue arose by reaching out to Stephanie. Stephanie is a true asset to country financial!!! You won’t meet more of a genuine person on your side. If I could give ten stars I would !!!

5 /5 Sallie Duffy: I had a rocky experience with 2 different Country Financial agents in Woodstock, GA , and also with the Country Financial Ellijay agent in Ellijay before Mike took over. It took some time to iron out the mistakes from the previous agents (and some miscommunication thru the process), however Mike has an excellent and very dedicated Office Manager, (Stephanie). (One example is... my AARP Drivers Safety Course Discount was about to expire. Stephanie reminded me several weeks ahead, so that there was no disruption to my discount). I feel like Mikes staff have worked very hard to earn my trust, and probably deserve more than a 5 STAR review. Another example of the 5 Star service with Mike and his staff... is when I accidentally left on a driving trip to WV and forgot my auto insurance card. Mike had his staff email me a pdf copy in less than 10 minutes, just to set my mind at ease on that trip. I could never get this level of personalized care and service with an online insurance carrier. Mikes office also is involved in local Ellijay, GA community events, which is very important in a small town.
