JoNell always stays in contact with me and goes out of her way to let me know if she can save me money! The coverage on all of my policies is fantastic and my rates have been consistently dropping for years, thanks to JoNell finding savings for me! Could not recommend this agency more, and I will most definitely be a lifelong customer! :)

I got into an accident with someone who is insured with Southern Trust, and the adjuster for my case (Shay Jackson) went above and beyond to help me with my claim. I was nervous because of the one star reviews for Southern Trust in general. However, Shay was a blessing and helped me get through the process to keep my Jeep! Her actions are worthy of more than 5 stars, bc the Jeep in question Ive owned/upgraded for 13 years and has a lot of sentimental value and personal memories.
