1 /5 Nikki: I left this insurance years ago based on their inability to explain their continuously deceptive increase in my insurance rates. I was a customer for years and just had enough of being nickeled and dimed. Periodically they would call me to try and get my business back. I said I would try every insurance company in existence before going back. I also told them to put me on the do not call list. Now instead of calling for business, they call me to "wish" me a happy birthday. This is the kind of petty bless your heart nonsense that made me leave in the first place. Quit calling me.

Always very professional and recommending us the best possible options for our needs. She is courteous and caring. Her office staff is attentive and always quick to respond. She is very sweet, extremely patient, knows her insurance knowledge and was more concerned about me getting the best out of my insurance policy instead of how much money she can get out of me like all the other agents Ive had over the years. She is the only agent who has made me feel like she cares more about me getting the best policy that suits my situation instead of how much money she can get out of my wallet. Just this month we purchased an older RV and State Farm had the best price so Mable was our choice again. Everyone is helpful and professional and I highly recommend Mable Sharp’s State Farm Agency.
