They even review my coverage and contact me to not only tell me how to get better coverage but many times how to save money doing so. And Miss Beth is an absolute joy to talk to. Not many people can say they look forward to talking with an insurance agent but I do! Beth makes me feel like Im talking to family!

Sarah Kitchens The agent at this office, Colleen Raye Taylor, is completely unprofessional. I inquired about an existing policy with this office and she not only did not help me, she did not want to, and her attitude was horrible. I switched all policies to State Farm solely because of HER. She is not good for business for Farm Bureau and I’d suggest they “give her the boot” as State Farm did before she acquired this job. I will be contacting headquarters in Macon about her.
