1 /5 Lauren Guin: AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I called to obtain a certificate of insurance and the agent must have mistaken me for a telemarketer because of my pleasant voice, so he hung up on me, not even giving me a chance to state the nature of my call. He then proceeded to send me to voicemail (which sounds like it was recorded on a cassette tape from the 90s, and doesnt even receive messages) or not answer the business phone after I called several times. I had to use a co-workers cell phone to call back. This time, the same gentleman answered the phone, but didnt say hello or anything. I could hear him breathing on the phone while I tried to explain the nature of my call for a second time. He hung up after about 60 seconds. I can only imagine how he would treat you as a customer if I was treated the way I was in just trying to receive a copy of a vendors insurance.
