Chris Shimkus I recently contacted John Larson with questions and concerns over our vehicle, home and life insurance policies. He connected me with 2 Allstate reps, who were extremely helpful, knowledgeable and kind, I will post reviews for each of them separately, but just wanted to thank John for taking my questions and concerns seriously. I am a life time Allstate customer and truly feel I am in “good hands”.

Aneesha Germany I absolutely love Ray hood he is a wonderful guy to know he goes above and beyond his job of making you feel comfortable with great customer service been with Ray for several years wouldnt go anywhere else

Julie Brashears An absolute nightmare to deal with and zero customer service! Laura is the worst, disorganized, and it takes days to even get a response. You have to follow up constantly and resend the same information that was sent days ago.

Robin S. Ms Patel worked on getting me the best rate for my auto & homeowners policies. Very pleased!

Deb Pyne Keith was my agent in Georgia. When I moved to South Carolina last year, I asked him to continue to handle my insurance needs. Today I received a call from him inquiring about my well being due to the impending hurricane due to strike the Coastal Carolinas. He advised me on precautions to take in preparation for the storm,etc. How many agencies do you know that would take the time to do that?? I love the feeling of family that Keith and Martee treat their clients as. Great couple! Great savings and great service!!Thank you for always having my back!

Jason Marcus I had a great experience working with Christina at the Bates Agency. I was looking to re-price a number of different plans. I tried a different agency first, and they ignored most of what I sent them, never contacted me, and instead just sent me a quote for one plan. Christina was the opposite - she called me right away, asked me questions, got me pricing for all the plans, gave me options, and worked out which were best to switch.

jemone thomas Agency has an awesome staff very down to earth and welcoming. Agent Joseph Pace gives great detail to which policy is best for you and why that may be the case. I truly recommend this agency to all that is in need.

Kelly Jackson I spent an hour or more on the phone and the internet at the same time. Even went to a few of those "Well show you all the quotes " sites. (Wouldnt recommend doing that. (First Phone call in less than 10 seconds!!!) Metter Insurance got me the best quote. I couldnt even reproduce anything near it... Right now, every dollar counts and each one is greatly appreciated.
