I tried a different agency first, and they ignored most of what I sent them, never contacted me, and instead just sent me a quote for one plan. Christina was the opposite - she called me right away, asked me questions, got me pricing for all the plans, gave me options, and worked out which were best to switch.

5 /5 Tong Lu: At first, I was a little suspicious seeing a near perfect 5.0 rating, but decide to call after reading many reviews and felt that they are authentic. I AM GLAD I DID. Aurora is amazing! She is very professional, friendly, and personal. Although we only had a couple of phone calls and exchanged a few emails, she automagically knows what I need/want for my policies, and is looking out for my best interest by providing me suggestions for how to structure the coverages to best fit my situation.

When trouble with underwriters appeared because they wouldnt accept my 15 year old documentation on my roof update, she kept at it until she got it through. She was responsive, attentive, and very helpful. I am very glad for her help.
