5 /5 Matthew Clark: Quickest and cheapest Ive ever heard of getting a bonded title. Staff was very quick, polite and helpful. I only post reviews if I am very impressed or very disappointed and I was very impressed with this service. For my bonded title they gave me all the info I needed to take back to the tag office and instructions to make it easy and the whole process from getting my officer inspection to getting my tag probably only took 2 hours for everything. They are in a great location close to Sheriffs office and tag office making it very convenient. An insurance customer came in to pay his renewal while I was there and they even seemed interested in making sure he was getting the best deal possible. If anyone you know is looking to have a bonded title or something like that I would definitely recommend that you stop in here first. They are a family business who cares about the customer and are very good at what they do. Thank you Andrea and the whole staff!

1 /5 Ashley Williams: These people are so full of it. First good rates isn’t always good. I added a vehicle in November that I purchased (financed) called and added the coverage, paying this company for insurance had a wreck total the truck in December filed a claim & it was no one reached out asking questions about the car etc it was just denied bc they claim there wasn’t full coverage. First that’s bull u can’t move a vehicle that requires full coverage off a lot without the coverage that asked, and then they claiming there’s nothing they can do. Ok fast forward I added another vehicle on Dec 28th full coverage, can’t get road side or towing cause they claim they can’t add it for a vehicle that’s older then 10 years again bull, anyways called on Friday cause like I said I know how this office is Harley the only person I like to talk to cause she doesn’t have an attitude like the others but I asked her when my policy due bc the app can’t saying December 5th which I knew that was right she told me January 19th well low and behold I wake up this morning and my insurance canceled so apparently I was told the wrong information. I was just going shake it off cause well you know they all stick together & act like they have know clue what happen but I’m not going to, I am going sue this company for not adding the full coverage to the vehicle that I had a first and that I was paying for. I hate for this to happen to someone else & they not give a car in the world. It’s not far I have to pay for a vehicle I no longer can drive when I had insurance. Please be aware of this location like I said good rates doesn’t mean you’re getting a good deal, check policies keep up with all documents bc they will get over you and not care.!!!
