5 /5 Teya Miles: Tanji is THEE BOMB!!! She held my hand throughout renewing my SR-22. She called continuously leading up to the dates of my policy expiration. She left me endless voicemails to remind me (which I appreciate because of my busy lifestyle) and she was still pleasurable after not answering the phone all those times. She answered all of my questions during follow up, and had great customer service. Thank you Tanji!

1 /5 Shamika Gooding: This is to First Acceptance generally not this particular location, but I have been in an accident and have been waiting on a denial letter from you all for over two weeks. My adjuster has talked to me once and I have never heard from her since then. These people do not cover rideshare so if you are in Atlanta doing rideshare do not get this company. I have experience horrible feedback and no one is ever available to answer my calls or even give me answers on why my adjuster Desiree has never given me a call back. It has been two weeks since my accident and I still have no car yet you all want me to renew no way will not do

1 /5 Brandon Amos: I literally called 5 times and was hung up on every time after speaking with a representative and beginning my quote. There is Zero professionalism with the entire company. Do not wast your time with a company who hires people that hang up on potential customers. This is literally the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. I spoke with a JC, and Christopher between 4:15pm and 4:35pm EST. I work cyber security and I deal with customers and coworkers all the time, this behavior is absolutely atrocious.
