What started as me looking for some new options for my mom, also brought me over to the company because of the excellent customer service. Nicole is patient and professional and made sure my mom and me understood every step in the process. Literally every discount we could apply, Nicole made sure we knew what was available to us. It was the first time I have been in their office and everyone tried to help me! I was taken into Gail"s office where she was able to put things together for me. We were missing something, so she said she would call me back.... And she did working 20 minutes!!! Chris called me from his home to welcome me into the State Farm family again. He was professional, personable, kind and definately someone I can trust! Feels great to have this level of service again!!!
