I assume this was the owner calling me today. Cussed me out for giving an honest review of my interaction with this company.
He threatened to hurt me and used every word imaginable to insult me and threaten me. I can now see where they get their professionalism. Steer clear of this business if you want to be treated rationally. This company, specifically, Amanda Garcia, do not deserve your business in my opinion. She is not professional or willing to listen and learn the truth about a situation that, fairly, she did not create but was not willing to listen to understand. When she tried to explain why safeco did what they did she was not at all answering my direct question and was unwilling to listen or look into the actual discrepancy. She had the professionalism to even tell me to get a new agent and hung up. I will gladly do that and look for someone who understands who pays their bills and work for their desired outcome. Just a heads up if there is a discrepancy in your policy and you have her as your agent, she could care less and is very unprofessional.
