Penney Rhodes My review is based on my previous and most recent interaction with Brian Brakefield insurance agency. I switched to State Farm because of the willingness to work with me to help get my rates to the best possible, affordable prices. My recent interaction with Haley was awesome. She helped me insure two new cars, add a driver, add a life policy, and quoted for home owners insurance, all while being pleasant, professional, and relatable. She is knowledgeable with the products she offers and works with you to get the best possible rates. I recommend this branch if you are looking for auto, homeowners, or life policies. You will get the best possible service.
