Deb Pyne Keith was my agent in Georgia. When I moved to South Carolina last year, I asked him to continue to handle my insurance needs. Today I received a call from him inquiring about my well being due to the impending hurricane due to strike the Coastal Carolinas. He advised me on precautions to take in preparation for the storm,etc. How many agencies do you know that would take the time to do that?? I love the feeling of family that Keith and Martee treat their clients as. Great couple! Great savings and great service!!Thank you for always having my back!

Korendo Thomas Had a policy set up with one of there agents , Paid the money thinking that everything was ok and my business was insured . A couple of weeks later received a letter from Nationwide saying my policy was canceled . At no point did the rep or his office contact us to let us know whats going on and I left numerous calls with no answer , After calling corporate then someone picked up and gave me some story but still not good follow up from this company .

I called and spoke with Jessica over the phone who was the sweetest , We were able to get a title bond from Jason who was extremely nice and knowledgeable of the process . The people who work there have always been friendly, fresh cold water offered every time you walk in, place has been remodeled a few times, new carpet is great, always clean. And everytime i have had to look for car insurance they have more times than not come up with the best price and the lowest down payment.
