They always try to be helpful as far as finding the best rate and deal for our home and car insurance plans. Karina is our main agent and she knowledgeable, kind, and patient to answer any questions. This office is quick to respond when you have a claim or need assistance. Insurance in general can be confusing and they are good at explaining it all. 5 /5 David Smetts: I’ve been a State Farm member for about 11 years, when I moved to the area I initially had another agent for my auto insurance and this agent for my renters insurance. Well after some less than spectacular experiences with the other agent I decided it was time to make a change. I move all my policies over with Ana and since then have only had great experiences! Whenever there is an issue with one of my policies Ana and Karina are always incredibly quick to address my concerns and will even go out of their way to let me know if there is something that needs my immediate attention. I couldn’t ask for a better group of people to work with for insurance and would highly recommend them to anyone!
