We compared rates with my old policy and what kind of coverage I am looking for, and he helped me find the perfect one, while thoroughly explaining the coverage in detail- something so many other offices did not want to take the time to do. By the time we hung up, it was almost 3 hours after the office had closed. J. R. Mitchell After more than 20 years we filed a claim because of a roof leaking. Not only did Zach, the insurance adjuster leave the door unlocked with the KEY IN THE DOOR, he denied the claim and cancelled the policy. Craig-Massee stated, "When the claim was filed, the claims adjuster went out to check the damage, he noted that everything was packed up in boxes, and that someone had not been living in the home for awhile, even if it is for sale." My 80 year old mother got COVID in February and needed assistance so she was at my brothers house. In the meantime Mom decided to list the property, so my wife and I were packing things up and preparing to list the property. IF YOU DONT WANT TO BE TREATED THIS WAY, DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.
