5 /5 Don Rice: Great local company where you can still talk to a competent real person face to face. The TV commercials with lizards and goofy people are charming but when you call the 800 number or hit the web-site, the service is always poor. The Richardsons saved me about $3,000 a year on a bundled home and auto policy over my previous agent/carrier. Im currently working with them on insurance for other business interest and they are doing a great job, just like with my personal policies.

5 /5 Cheryl Ball: This company has saved me lots of money. They have always been SO helpful. The homeowners policy I had jumped way up when it came to renew. Laura went to bat and found me a great policy even less money than the original policy. Then when it came to renew again, I goofed and forgot to pay it. I called Laura and she immediately got me reinstated. They are so helpful and nice to deal with. I would recommend them to anyone. They are terrific.

1 /5 Jessica Gray: I called explaining my frustrations with my current insurance company jumping up 70 dollars on our policy for no reason(no tickets, claims or wrecks) and was hoping to switch and work with someone local…and I was told abruptly by the woman I spoke with that “they wouldn’t be a good fit for us, to have a good day” and then hung up on me. It was rude, disrespectful and unprofessional. I wouldn’t want to give anyone who conducts themselves in this manner my business. Thank you for revealing the character from the very beginning.
