Henry Gut I was looking to get insurance quotes for home and auto, and I chose the Austin Taylor group because they were near by. I had been getting Internet quotes which left me frustrated. I went to the office as a walk-in, and was seen by Deb Hroblak. She took my basic information and listened to what I needed. The next day she contacted me with what she had to offer, which wasnt quite acceptable. We made a scheduled appointment, and while we were discussing what she had found, she came across a company with an auto policy acceptable to my needs and price. She also found a home policy I accepted. Had she not had the expertise and determination to not give up, I wouldnt be happy today with the 2 great policies which are saving me money and peace of mind. Im very pleased with Deb Hroblak and the Austin Taylor Insurance Company.

J. R. Mitchell After more than 20 years we filed a claim because of a roof leaking. Not only did Zach, the insurance adjuster leave the door unlocked with the KEY IN THE DOOR, he denied the claim and cancelled the policy. Craig-Massee stated, "When the claim was filed, the claims adjuster went out to check the damage, he noted that everything was packed up in boxes, and that someone had not been living in the home for awhile, even if it is for sale." My 80 year old mother got COVID in February and needed assistance so she was at my brothers house. In the meantime Mom decided to list the property, so my wife and I were packing things up and preparing to list the property. IF YOU DONT WANT TO BE TREATED THIS WAY, DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.
