Not only was it a treat to hear music playing in the background at the office, but it was nice to chat with someone who didn’t leave room for long, awkward silence over the phone, especially while systems took time to load on her end. Mark Sands As far as most insurance companies go, ths is a local office that has very good service. On occasions it may take a while to get in to see your agent. But the ladies at the front desk make the time spent waiting at least somewhat bearable.

Ken Quick Ive been buying insurance for over 50 years, so Ive been a policyholder for several companies and have suffered introductory rates a few times along the way. (I/We also have a long claim-free history.) After receiving a great quote from Patrick Keplinger a few years ago, I switched all of my policies to American Family.
