1 /5 Richard Creamer: 2 months ago they sent me a letter saying they were added my brothers grandson to our insurance because they somehow found out that he lived with us for 3 months 5 years ago. I called and explained that he lives in California with his grandparents. Last month the same thing I called again to make sure they didnt raise my payment from 200 to 500 a month they agreed. After all that they still charged my bank account 500 fortunately I caught it in time to cancel the payment so if you deal with these people never give them the opportunity to automatically change your account
