1 /5 Cyn H: This company service has declined drastically. The employees are friendly but untrustworthy. They make promises they dont keep. They are unreliable and inconsiderate.
They had five days to select a plan for my 81 year old mom before open enrollment ended. I called them every other day for status. I was told an agent would call me back, that never happened. Now shes stuck with expensive premiums, which could have been avoided. If they were to busy to enroll her, they should have given me the option.
