5 /5 Gary Gary: I have to tell how amazing North Points agent JASON KIM is. He took so much time and care explaining each aspect of my home/auto/umbrella policies today. I dont think Ive ever had an agent come close to JASONS willingness to explain things in detail...why or why not an aspect of a certain part of my policy is or is not needful and what each product could potentially afford me if I ever needed to file a claim. Super nice guy, totally personable and extremely customer service oriented. Highly recommend this company and JASON KIM as an agent. No wonder they have so many 5-STAR***** ratings!!!!!

He was always highly responsive, and I consistently received timely replies to any questions or concerns. Jason helped me continue my Safeco insurance with competitive rates, along with assisting on several other matters. Unfortunately, I’m no longer working with him due to a recent move, but I highly recommend his services to anyone in need of reliable and professional insurance support. Much appreciated!

I called Laurence at North Point and within a day, Laurence had find the best policy for BOTH home and auto! I HIGHLY recommend him! He made the insurance process very easy for me. Explained everything step by step and offered advice on better policy for us.

5 /5 Aly Talley: I give the office and their overall customer service a 5 star. However. Ronda? One of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. I have had the displeasure of speaking with her the last several times I have called this office. Whenever I speak to anyone else, past or present employees, they are fantastic. Ronda has taken an excessive amount of time to get documentation over to me. She also has been little to no help whenever I have needed to make adjustments to my account. I have had to call my insurance agency myself (which I do not mind doing... but is that not the whole point of an insurance group... to NOT have to call your insurance company directly.... ?) I am currently speaking with multiple other agencies to try to get other quotes due to how poor of service Ronda has given me each time I have spoken with her. Again. The rest of the agency is fantastic. I have had an absolutely wonderful time with any other person I have needed to speak to. No matter what. The things they have helped me with and the service they give are awesome! I recommend this agency, but I do NOT recommend Ronda.
