He was so kind, he asked for general questions and greeted me with a smile. He was a humble man. The atmosphere was calm and professional. Now, my agent Mrs. Anita showed me nothing but great customer service. She listen to my concerns. She was so honest and transparent with me. She quoted us with coverage that will benefit us and it was reasonable. She offered suggestions to save more and she went above her call of duty. Jamie Simons Heather at State Farm in Madison, Ga is the best!!! I had Progressive for over 4 years and was paying more than $450 a month and Heather called me and asked could she quote me matching my existing policy and I said yes, I had nothing to lose and I’m so thankful she called me!!! She more than cut my policy in half!!! She also helped me get renters insurance which is something I thought I couldn’t get due to previously being denied. I was also able to get life insurance!
