Gary Gary I have to tell how amazing North Points agent JASON KIM is. He took so much time and care explaining each aspect of my home/auto/umbrella policies today. I dont think Ive ever had an agent come close to JASONS willingness to explain things in detail...why or why not an aspect of a certain part of my policy is or is not needful and what each product could potentially afford me if I ever needed to file a claim.
