1 /5 Nisey Timo: This is by far the worst location Ive ever been too! I expressed my urgency to re-write my policy given that I was on vacation when my auto-pay was processed. No worries, they said step into any location and we will help. I stepped in their location at 9am after a federal holiday and they were very unorganized. Seems like 3 associates were present along with a manager. Again I expressed my urgency to re-write my policy prior to heading to work and they proceeded to take the longest time ever. I cant imagine if there was a line, 40 minutes into the process they kept stopping as if they werent sure what to do next. They were asking one another what to type in the computer as if they werent trained properly. It was strange. This location definitely need more training, I dont ever know how they became licensed. I just went to an another local location and proceeded with my policy. It was quick, smooth and they are very polite and knowledgeable. I will be coming here from now on.
