1 /5 Cherry Kendrick: Really rude I regret getting policy with these people. They change the rules when they want and hang up in your face like they havent been getting your hard earned money. I ask the hoe whats her name she hung up after they keep changing the rules on how they accept payments. Full bs I highly recommend going elsewhere if you want a solid set of rules. Now Im inconvenienced of paying my policy which can result in me getting a ticket. I hate this place. I signed my policy where others were not on my policy now I have to come in a resign again because I use my husbands card to pay. What does it matter as long as my damn payment is made. I cant wait to come into the office because yall got me messed up. I asked for something in email so I can read the new rules my self the trick hung up this the 3rd time and its a charm.

1 /5 Nisey Timo: This is by far the worst location Ive ever been too! I expressed my urgency to re-write my policy given that I was on vacation when my auto-pay was processed. No worries, they said step into any location and we will help. I stepped in their location at 9am after a federal holiday and they were very unorganized. Seems like 3 associates were present along with a manager. Again I expressed my urgency to re-write my policy prior to heading to work and they proceeded to take the longest time ever. I cant imagine if there was a line, 40 minutes into the process they kept stopping as if they werent sure what to do next. They were asking one another what to type in the computer as if they werent trained properly. It was strange. This location definitely need more training, I dont ever know how they became licensed. I just went to an another local location and proceeded with my policy. It was quick, smooth and they are very polite and knowledgeable. I will be coming here from now on.

1 /5 Roqui Acevedo: Over the weekend my mother who is insured here called to ask about her policy and whoever the lady was she spoke to was so rude,… my mom asked her her name 3 times (first time was at the very beginning of her call- so it’s not like she was asking so she could report her to anyone) still the lady never gave her name just kept saying “this is Fred Loya ins” she was a black woman is all i know and that she works at the Riverdale Ga location ofc so if this person reads this, or her boss or Mr Loya himself I hope this agent finds a job that makes her happy cause this one isn’t it obviously. I would really appreciate the change of attitude cause my mother is too nice of a person and will deal with whatever attitude is given to her, BUT SHE SHOULDNT HAVE TO

1 /5 Jasmine Brown: I wish Google would allow negative ratings. This agency is so incompetent. They never have their information together and the customer service is piss poor. You are told one thing one minute and then the next conversation it is something totally different. They assume no responsibility for lack of information or customer care quality and put the PAYING CUSTOMER at fault for everything. They don’t even take accountability for lack of transference of knowledge for each agent. It is clear they were not properly trained. The manager is not responsible for the lack of sense his agents have. I was sent an email about my policy and then the next day the rate was different. When asked why they blamed it on a “Georgia Upcharge”, when i asked for documentation they switched it back to the original price. They are just bumps on a log in that agency.
