I tried to research and make calls on my own to find affordable rates but he still managed to find me one that best fit my budget. He is kind, professional, and quick to respond to any questions you might have. I even asked him where I could get my oil changed and he gave me excellent recommendations and advice about my car maintenance even though he definitely didnt have to. Every single confusing or cumbersome task that comes with finalizing car insurance (uploading docs, sending payments, etc.) becomes a non-issue because he handles it for you.
