5 /5 murphman76: I have been with State Farm since 1976, and with Wendy Bears office since 1997. Fortunately, I have not had very many claims. But 2025 has brought a lot of hail activity to Cumming and I did need to file a roof claim. Just 2 days after inspection, my claim for a new roof, gutters, and downspouts was approved. A check is already on its way and tomorrow my roof contractor will be here to get started. Everyone from State Farm has been so attentive and professional. Whenever I have had a question or concern, Wendy Bear and her staff have been there for me. I could not recommend Wendy or State Farm more highly. UPDATE: On our roof claim, there were 2 payments due from State Farm. The second required me to send photos and Contract details. I submitted all this to Rosie White on August 6. The NEXT DAY, I received my check! INCREDIBLE service from Rosie and State Farm.
