They all have great customer service skills and really know how to talk with customers. I will assure you that this is the best place to do business with! Mrs. Ethel is the most down to earth woman that you will ever meet! You can definitely put your trust in them when it comes down to doing business with them!

Ive been one of their customers since they acquired the previous bank, along with the customers. I dont live in Tifton anymore, but it would be nice if Synovus customers had an ATM machine in Cordele, Georgia to do banking. I think it would be profitable for Synovus as well.

Stephanie Brown The customer service is always awesome Edward and the rest of the tellers go above and beyond, but this morning I was there and there was such an odor in the lobby. It was vile It smelt like sewage. It was so bad and the sweet lady helping me her station was right by where the odor was coming from. You could tell it was coming from the bathroom. This problem needs to be fixed immediately. You can’t expect your customers to come in stand in line or even stand and talk to their tellers with this terrific odor, it was awful. You can tell it’s some kind of sewage or septic problem Please fix
