Regions Bank - Dallas (GA)

5 /5 Doris Fargason: I have had several bad banking encounters over the last few months. Mostly involving the fraud department either closing down access when they should not have and NOT closing it down when they should have. Trust me when I say both scenarios were devastating. Misty Price at this Regions Bank location has been the one shining light through this whole disaster! She is calm, respectful, listens to the whole problem. Fixes what she can and gives great advice on how to proceed when she can not fix it herself. She is a long time associate and truly an asset to this bank and our community. Thank you for everything you have done for me.

They never have answers, they always want to blame anyone but themselves and finding an employee that actually Knows anything is a needle in the haystack! Do Not Bank with these ppl! These banks are filled with over weight women who want to do NOTHING if they can help it.

Is my favorite branch, however I just got off the phone with Ms. Jessica, who decided to be a smart- elic to me because I simply was explaining something. It really rubbed me the wrong way..I dont need your attitude or your captain obvious statements. I think it was rude and poor judgment. I had to get off the phone before I said something rude. Maybe you should try practicing people skills since you deal with customers daily.
