Emily Bloodworth Im so very thankful for United Community. Well, thankful for the lovely, sweet, kind, courteous, tellers that are so very helpful!!! Customer Service like I havent seen in a long time. I mean Im not treated like a number in the system. They treat me, I believe like, they would want to be treated. All business should teach their employees to: treat others the way, you want others to treat you. Thank you!

Karen Brock Boger I love this bank! They consistently provide great service, and remind me of the hometown service I used to receive at my credit union. This is the only banking institution where I know the employees by name. There willingness to help, to check in on myself and my family, and to always let me know they appreciate my business, is always above and beyond. If you are not banking here, you should be!

Zaynahjanaee _ Literally the rudest person Ive ever spoken to over the phone. I called to get information and he yelled at me multiple times and I had to tell him not to yell at me. WOULDNT EVER RECOMMEND TO ANYONE EVER.

Josh H To charge someone to cash a check that is drawn on their bank should be criminal. They wanted to charge $8 to cash a check that was written to me and drawn on this specific branch. I have never had another bank charge. And his personality was one of arrogance. I will never do business with this bank nor will my business.

Thomas Hayes I have always recieved top-notch customer service at this location. I went in this morning after having accidentally overdrafted my account and not only was Chris professional and courteous, he helped me to get my overdraft fees refunded on the spot. Thank you Sea Island Bank for always taking care of me!
