We felt genuinely cared for! We didnt feel like they were just trying to get all of our money. We genuinely felt like they were trying to help save us money! Jeff definitely feels like a friend after all of this-especially from all the "out of business hours" call.

5 /5 Adeline Sepulveda: Julia Walker is hands down the best lender I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Julia honestly cares about her clients and will go above and beyond to do everything she can for a smooth close. I know this, not because she was my lender, but my buyers lender, and although our HOA was being such as pain in the ass putting up so many unnecessary road blocks, she persevered, and was able to get our buyers loan approved. Honestly, it did not look like the deal would go through, but because of her work ethic and being so on top of the HOA, she made it happen. If I ever need an AZ lender again, she will be the first person I reach out to and I highly recommend her to anyone else who needs lending services. THANK YOU SO MUCH JULIA!!
