1 /5 Marti Riley Bush: The one ATM you can access after the bank closes never works! Theyre only open until 4PM Monday through Thursday. The only day they are open passed 5PM when most people get off work is Friday and then it is only until 6. So good luck getting your bank business done. To top it all off they are closed on Saturdays, and the only other ATM is inside the bank!! Rather its a local decision on how this bank runs or a corporate decision they really need to get it together.

1 /5 Kenobia Edwards: If I could give 0 stars I would. Crappy bank, they hire the special kind of folks if you know what I mean. Can never get in touch with the home office. Always sends you to a call center. Deposited a check for $5000, they held it! Wake up this morning and my work check which is direct deposit not being available. I call to just to be told it’s because it’s a mobile transfer. I told the genius he was looking at my mobile transfers from one account to another! Then he comes to the conclusion it was my jobs fault. A job that I’ve been at and has been sending my money to this very account and is punctual with the direct deposit being available by 6 am! Just throw the whole bank away.

1 /5 Brian: Tried to charge me $8.00 to cash a check from one of their accounts just because I didn’t have an account with them. Something needs to be done with banking through congress.

1 /5 Gino Pedatella: I am very disappointed. I wanted to get a quote on an auto loan. I gave my info to a really nice woman who then transferred me to another dept. That person spoke English, but very heavily accented. She finally asked me what the loan number was that I was inquiring about. I said no, I was wanting to get quoted on an auto loan. She said let me transfer you to that dept. 20 minutes later I could not listen to that trumpet music and hung up.
