Mariner Finance - Waycross (GA)

1 /5 Christina Hollinger: This company bought out my lending point loan....they changed the APR from 18% to 26% but told me they swear they didnt. They provided "proof" of my signature and it was computer generated signature. I called the lending point whom paid me the difference. I then paid my loan off with this company 5/7/25 in full. They took until 5/12/25 and told me I had to pay the interest difference for those 5 days despite I paid it in full and hand proof of all payment time/date stamped. They said it didnt matter and I still needed to pay. They also stopped the phone recording throughout the conversation as it prompted and told me. After I paid my interest balance to end all contracts with them I asked them if it was going to take days for this to go through and they said "no its confirmed today." Funny how when I call they can accept the full payment right away but not when I paid it off the entire loan. Also when I initially called to verify they received it they asked "how" and sounded unhappy I paid it off. Very unsatisfied with this company and they are not trustworthy.

5 /5 debbie courson: Amy and Morris gave me an excellent customer service and after I sit in there for about 2 to 3 hours, I was looking for about 2000 and ended up with 500. I didn’t think that was such a good deal but I took it.
