Wells Fargo Bank - Dahlonega (GA)

2 /5 Melissa Dobson: Wasnt really impressed since they couldnt help me set up a business account. We had an issue with the address and they just kept saying that they could close the account once it was processed. I ended up going to Wells Fargo in Cashiers, NC and they called corporate and worked out the address and got us our account.

1 /5 Saltiva (saltiva): Not a single customer service member at their call center speaks English fluently enough to understand what "I cant sign into my online account" means.

1 /5 Jonathan Euler: This is the worst Wells Fargo location that I have ever visited throughout the United States. Every time we come here they’re too busy to help us, even though there’s only one or two customers in the building.

3 /5 S Elmore: Let me start by saying I did not open my account at this location or in this state. I love my Wells Fargo in Jacksonville. Since moving here I use the ATM instead of going in 99% of the time. A few weeks ago I went through the drive through to deposit a check for a buyer I use. It took forever. I saw the teller ask someone else a question & hand them the check. The other person jumped on the computer. In the meantime I just sat in the window for over 5 minutes with no interaction. When I finally got my receipt I had to ask what took so long. They stated since my check ( from a bank down the street ) was so larger they had to check on the funding. I was making the deposit in the home bank of the other person. I have made the same transaction from two other states and never have I had this issue. Today I gave my account number and cash to my bf to make a deposit for me since I had surgery yesterday and can’t goto the bank. He wasn’t allowed to make a cash deposit. It wasn’t an extreme amount yet they inconvenience him to have to write a check. I always try and use local but I’ll be using the Gainesville branch where the employees are friendly

5 /5 Noah: I called 4 locations before this one and every one did the robot speel and left me on hold. Called this one and immediately Nikkie answered. She answered all my questions and gave me very useful information that potentially saved them from losing a customer. So props to Nikkie, 10/10 customer service.
