cheeze (cheeze) I’m feeling kinda sad today because I looked and seen these 1 star reviews from people that seem to think the world starts and stops with them. I’ve been at this bank for more than 10 years and the people inside the bank have changed over the years but their values haven’t changed. They offer face to face interaction and obviously that’s at a premium… Also every successful business has open and closed schedule and as a customer I know these hours. I feel the current staff inside do a great job and they’re actually at a job unlike most of society. It could be way worse. Why do we worry about the 1 percent of unsatisfied that will stay unsatisfied? Thank you Ringgold branch for all you do!

Lee Milligan I have used Mixon and Associates in the past and was pleased with their services. I havent used them in a few years and called with a tax question. The associate I spoke with was very helpful and kind. They didnt question if I was a current client or anything like that. They answered my tax question without a problem. I will remember this in the future for my filing needs.

K Harris I had an awesome experience today on 3/10/2023 with Kanesha. She was very friendly and made my banking process smooth. She was very knowledgeable with answering my questions. Whenever I come to Pinnacle I always leave satisfied. The employees deserve a raise. The manager Shawanda is amazing as well and shows great leadership skills. I will be referring more people to bank with Pinnacle.

Kenneth Davis My experiences at this bank have been lukewarm at best. Today the ATM was down, and no one in the bank knew anything about it. There were only two tellers at the windows. I was second in line and it took over 8 or 9 minutes before I was able to advance to the counter to make a withdrawal (because the ATM was down). It seems that everything around runs in slow motion. So, the moral of the story is: Dont be in a hurry when you bank here. Its going to be awhile. Thankfully, I dont have to come here very often. UPDATE: The manager of this branch reached out to me this morning to get a better understanding of exactly what happened. I was extremely impressed at her level of concern, and wanting to take corrective action to lessen the chance of this happening in the future, hence Im changing my review rating.
