Charity Lange I highly recommend Brandi. I have been using Brandi since 2022. She has always been very thorough, and if I problem comes your way she right there with you to help you fix . I had personally issue with taxes yesterday during our filing session and she stayed right on top of it . She didn’t push off the problem And say I will get back with you she stayed working on it tell we were able to resolve the issue . I have never had an issue getting my returns back . She is also very affordable. She is also very kind , and a local . You definitely will be making the right decision if you choose her.

Lorelei Usually have great experiences with this branch, but this time was rather odd. Needed to deposit something so I figured I might as well get my new married name changed since it has been a while since I got married. The lady at the front was super sweet, she said I needed my marriage certificate to get the name change done. Cool, I go and get it and come back. The other lady up front directs me to the people at the desks, like where you open up accounts and everything. Cool. I wait my turn to be called and the lady at the desk says how can I help you, etc. I told her I needed a name change on my account, and she said, contrary to what the first lady up front told me, "I wont need your marriage certificate".. okay, interesting. We sit in silence for about 10 minutes, with her not saying much in between. Then she says "Oh, your husband needs to come in with his un-expired ID." Why? Joint account or not, I was trying to take care of business on my account, and I had all the needed paperwork, so now it is at a halt until we both come back. Kind of ridiculous, you never need an ID unless you are opening an account really, and it should update unexpired IDs automatically, but still have no idea what that has to do with my own account. She didnt even really explain why, it was a very weird vibe.

Jeff Rampley Wish everyone could have a credit union like we have. Always very helpful and friendly. Buying a car or truck is very easy, they take the hassle out of it and are always professional. Chelsea saved me a lot of money on the extended warranty of my new truck, better warranty and half the price of the dealership. They are great and greatly appreciated.
