First Horizon Bank - Ringgold (GA)

5 /5 cheeze (cheeze): I’m feeling kinda sad today because I looked and seen these 1 star reviews from people that seem to think the world starts and stops with them. I’ve been at this bank for more than 10 years and the people inside the bank have changed over the years but their values haven’t changed. They offer face to face interaction and obviously that’s at a premium… Also every successful business has open and closed schedule and as a customer I know these hours. I feel the current staff inside do a great job and they’re actually at a job unlike most of society. It could be way worse. Why do we worry about the 1 percent of unsatisfied that will stay unsatisfied? Thank you Ringgold branch for all you do!

3 /5 Jo Schendel: Walked into this branch around 2pm today (11/13/24), and was ignored ("Im not open right now, sorry!".) Went to another branch, only to find out that in order to cash a check from another bank without an account, we must go to the bank that issued the check. That bank was across the street from the first FH branch, which would have been nice to know before we drove an extra fifteen miles.

1 /5 Eric Hawkins: POOR customer service and they close at 4:00 during the week. Who closes that early?? It’s 3:26 pm, the bank is empty except for 3 employees and a security guard. I ask the teller to do a wire transfer. The teller tells me so and so is off today and the other person who can do a wire transfer is busy filling the ATM. I tell the teller I can wait…she looks at her watch and says “ooooooh it’s 3:26 and we close at 4:00 you can come back tomorrow or go to the East Brainerd branch”.

5 /5 Cat Bird: First Tennessee Bank never disappoints. Ive been an account holder for over 12 yrs and their stellar customer service is why I stay with them. Whether by phone or in person, their agents are always knowledgeable, courteous & efficient. For example: Ive misplaced my debit card several times over the years & all it took was a phone call to cancel it & then to visit any of their physical branches to have a new one issued immediately, and no additional charges. They will mail a new card if you want, but picking one up was faster. On the few occasions that there have been suspicious activity on my account, it is quickly & courteously rectified. I originally chose First TN b/c their physical locations were open later & on Saturdays. Their hrs have changed, however with their new ATMs at each locations, cash deposits are immediately credited & there are no forms or envelopes to bother with. Same day check deposits are credited at midnight if you deposit them by 9 pm. I use their online mobile app frequently & find it very handy & user friendly. It also has lots of added features like budgeting, scheduled bill pay & spending tracking.

1 /5 Caitlin: The people there great what I dont like is the online banking, it takes a few days for it to show you the right balance then its to late your in the negatives, I understand if its online purchases that take so long but this is stuff that comes out right then like gas and food , it will not even show up that I used my card that day till a few days later, They really need to fix that . Im going to a different bank because this is . Its everytime now , never shows me the right balance in my account at all times when it should.
