5 /5 K Harris: I had an awesome experience today on 3/10/2023 with Kanesha. She was very friendly and made my banking process smooth. She was very knowledgeable with answering my questions. Whenever I come to Pinnacle I always leave satisfied. The employees deserve a raise. The manager Shawanda is amazing as well and shows great leadership skills. I will be referring more people to bank with Pinnacle.
