Truist - Dalton (GA)

2 /5 Phillip Turner: I’ve never had a problem with the staff, except for the lack of them. Every time I go there’s a line of people waiting in the lobby, several tellers, but only one of them helping customers. The rest are generally talking amongst themselves. I opened a checking account with Truist about a year ago, and closed it within about 6 months, due to silly fees that they never told me about when I signed up for free checking! I unfortunately must continue to use Truist for other reasons out of my control. Someone needs to look into management here at the Waugh street branch, due to the lack of staffing or the lack of staff that actually wants to work. The loan officer lady was a huge help though. She seen my anger growing and personally assisted me with my banking needs. Perhaps the loan officer should be the branch manager. If I were the boss, that would be her new job.

1 /5 Nick Souther: Slow, slow, slow. I should not have to set 30 mins aside to run by the bank. Does not matter if it’s drive thru or walk in. You WILL wait a while. Shame on Truist in general for closing one of the Dalton branches.

She is so kind and helpful ☺️ we wish there was an Ericka in every business customer service but Were especially thankful Truist has her and were always happy doing business with her

1 /5 keziah gee: I would NOT waste your time at this branch. I always have an issue with them no matter the situation. The blonde lady with glasses has no idea what she’s doing half the time and always needs help. Today was my final straw. I went in for a transfer and thought that was being done. The lady didn’t communicate that she had done a withdrawal and then a deposit. So now I’m having to wait until the next business day to get my money! There should be no reason to why I couldn’t get a transfer done if I can do it at the Glenwood branch! This is ridiculous! This whole process took over 20 minutes, when it should’ve been less than 10. I would advise EVERYONE to not waste your time or money at this branch!!
