1 /5 Alice Thelen: Discovered on our own that they had done our taxes wrong for 3 years in a row. Totally didn’t understand how to record what seemed like a basic write-off. In total, it was about an $8000 error! The real disappointment was their lack of customer service after the fact. After calls and emails, we have never received a response from the owner or any kind of refund for the so called professional fees that we paid. An apology goes a long way, but apparently that was too much to ask from them.

5 /5 Victor Babson: Been using this gem of a company for over a decade and from various states. We have had nothing but positive experiences with Philip and crew. Especially Kassidy. We moved to New England, and later Colorado and asked if we could keep using Beavers instead of someone more local to us. They graciously agreed and have been a tremendous resource in our evolving tax and accounting needs. If you demand your tax returns in a day, you may wanna head elsewhere that "churns and burns". If you want a careful review of your information and can wait a few days, this is the place for you.

2 /5 Eileen Magliola: It always takes me at least 3 calls to their office to get anyone to respond to my questions. There is no way to contact them by email that I can see on the website and I must leave a message when I call the office by phone, then nobody calls back. I never even know if anyone got my message. I find it all very frustrating. I since discovered their email but I still didnt get a response. When I was finally able to get to talk to someone they are personable, apologetic and helpful, but getting there is a struggle.
