Mark Smith I will echo Kelvins experience. I have both business and personal accounts with Truist so I am in the Powers Ferry Branch frequently. With rare exception, the experience is painfully slow. I always feel particularly sorry for the cars that are in the drive-thru. Over the years, the operational performance has been in steady decline. Its not the tellers, as they are usually personable and helpful; but theres never sufficient staff to manage the customer workload. I have literally seen one teller trying to handle both the drive-thru and the counter at lunch time. I havent seen more than two tellers in a very long time. My advice is if there are more than four people in line, you should save yourself the frustration and come back later.

Kristi I have used lendmark and I love them. Of course you pay higher APR, but thats the price you pay for having shaky credit. They literally saved my life this past weekend because my father died. He had burial insurance, but just not enough. There was approximately $3,000 left owing. If I could not come up with it, they were going to ask me to move his body. Lendmark came through. From beginning to end, it honestly took about 3 hours, had I been able to work on it consistently. I appreciate Keri and Gwen. Thank you guys again.

She had a hand and took care of each part of the process, suggestions before listing, during the waiting process, helping with the ups and downs of finding the perfect buyer, down to closing and so much more. She went above and beyond anyone Ive ever met to make everything smooth for everyone involved. She always answered the phone, always answered any questions we had, and never hesitated to do anything we needed.
