Having given seminars myself in my former career, I felt Robert did an excellent job presenting. I learned that having a will is a relatively small part of of the process to be addressed when end of life is near, or sudden and unexpected. Guardian had a very good informative presentation, product and follow through.

One could take this as intrusive but they cared enough for my aunt to protect her and for that both of us are very grateful.
