5 /5 Derek Nagel: If you want excellent customer service, see Rhonda G at this branch. She sat on hold for an hour for me to assist in opening my business account, and we mustve gone back and forth with emails a half dozen times. On my recent visit, Rhonda was not there, so the branch manager immediately assisted me, and got me out the door in 5 minutes with a free order of checks for my business. Very happy you guys are just a short drive from Blairsville, come see me at Nottely Boat Club off HWY 325 this spring/summer!!

1 /5 Robbie Kessler: We despise banks for the simple reason we were stabbed in the back again! We avoid banks as much as possible to avoid the nit-picking fees that they apply and cold hearted employees we always end up communicating with. But unfortunately you need a large national bank to cash a large check or for a few other reasons. Same as always they have applied several unnecessary overdrafts after we set account to not overdraft! Resulting in hundreds of dollars in fees and account being closed! Now we have a $50,000 + check which they took a week (should have been 24 hours at most) to hang out now for weeks! Thanks Truist for keeping up the Big Bank Theory true as always!
