1 /5 Janice Bailey: OMG this is the worse bank. I feel like this bank discriminate again peoples of color. I was working with Justina regarding my personal business I have been waiting to hear back from her for a week I have call left messages for her to call me back This is very unprofessional I will not be going back to this location again.... I had a cc get stuck in one of the machine outside I went in to retrieve my cc nobody had a key to the box. So I had to cancel that cc and a week later someone call me and ask if I left my cc in the machine. SMH The service is so bad I am thinking about moving my two litter quarter to a new bank. Someone that appreciate small coins.

1 /5 Amisha Patel: Today I received a call for the branch customer support lady. She apparently had data on how long I hv banked with them and wanted to know if I needed any assistance. I provided feedback on customer service and left a message for her. She denied receiving a message and then blamed it on the employee that is always super helpful. I corrected her and she then claimed that she could not hear me and hung up! Horrible service from the top service employee’s. In a better note, Brandon at this branch is an amazing asset to this bank. He is super knowledgeable and prompt.

1 /5 Labreeska Rogers: I just want to say I have been trying to pay my house off and this is a shady bank to work with. When you ask for a payoff all the monthly payments are supposed to stop. Well they dont and guess what??? Their system wont take payments but they turn you over to collections, demanding payments only to find out the system cannot process the payment at all. But absolutely horrible experience look for a new bank

1 /5 Beauty Integrative: I have a business account with Truist and my account got over drawn once my pending transactions posted. Which doesnt make sense to me because why do they even have an app that calculates your transactions but the real issue came when I went to the bank on assistance with the issue at hand. Needless to say the staffing lacks customer service and at this particular branch. Not to mention the manager was very condescending towards me.

1 /5 C Hairston: Worst customer service ever. 2 tellers and 4 lobby staff. 1 teller was working the driver thru and a window at the same time. The other teller was standing on a ladder making copies. There were 5 of us in line and the 2nd teller did not have a cst, but continued to make copies. 1 lobby staff was on her phone talking loud "Hey Girl", 1 left the bldg and the other 2 totally ignored the line. The one just sat at the desk and didnt acknowledge any of us. It was at least a 15-20 min wait. Never again.
