Her patience with my questions/concerns and the education she provided about enrolling in health insurance felt more like I was working with a health insurance patient advocate or a social worker, not an insurance agent. Karen F. restored my faith in the United States that one day universal healthcare will become the law, because I realized there are people who work in the health insurance industry, like Karen F., who really do care from the heart and dont prioritize "Profit over People".
