1 /5 Niecey Holmes: I have done business with this company for 3 years at another branch. This is my first time calling here. Today I spoke with Vincent. He was (polite and professional ) but unable to help so he asked Zack. Zack was unprofessional, cut me off when I spoke, belittled me and showed no sign of professionalism. It’s Friday so maybe he was ready to get off of work but he spoke down to me and treated me like a child. Like I was bothering him and he didn’t want to talk. He put me on hold when I questioned his behavior. Instead of waiting I called back and spoke with Vanessa (the manager). Vanessa was professional, jovial, helpful and understanding! I am just a bit surprised that the other representatives that I spoke with at this branch were professional, and Zach was the exact opposite of that definition. Zack is a senior representative which makes me think he either outlasted the other guys or he used to be really good at his job. To be honest everyone is entitled to a bad day. Maybe he just had a bad day today. in customer service positions. It is unacceptable to allow your bad day to spill onto mine. I was very polite and respectful as I am to anyone I speak to. I could not believe the way Zack handled me and I hope that their corporate office reviews this. I am happy to provide additional feedback, and I will be providing this directly to their regional VP Don Geimer , this is unacceptable and I would let it go if he wasn’t so smug and his responses was not professional and he was not polite. This is the south Zack! We show manners, we have good customer service, and if you need a moment take your moment, but don’t take it out on me.
